General Ophthalmology
Dr. Dalin, a graduated ophthalmologist from the University of Health Sciences, was trained as a general ophthalmologist in Ophthalmologist Residency Training (ORT) program in Cambodia from 2009 to 2012. She has been practicing in the field of Ophthalmology at Meng-Rutnin Eye Specialist and Calmette Hospital, Phnom Penh, since 2013. Dr. Dalin holds a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Adelaide, Australia and is pursuing a Master in Clinical Ophthalmology at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Besides focusing on clinical work, Dr. Dalin is committed to improving the Cambodian ophthalmology training program and eye bank establishment project despite the limited resources and disease burden exacerbated by the socio-economic situation in the country. Having strong interests in the Cornea and External Eye Disease subspecialty, she has a sharp vision to prevent and treat preventable cornea blind conditions by establishing a cornea blindness prevention program and cornea transplantation services in Cambodia.
