About Dr. Sotheary Heng
Dr. Sotheary, a graduated ophthalmologist from the University of Health Sciences, was trained as a general ophthalmologist in Ophthalmologist Residency Training (ORT) program in Cambodia from 2012-2014. She has been practicing in the field of Ophthalmology at Meng-Rutnin Eye Specialist and Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital, Phnom Penh, since 2015. Dr. Sotheary currently acts as a Oculoplastic Surgeon from the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital.
Besides focusing on clinical work, Dr. Sotheary also has strong interests in the Oculo-plastic Eye Diseases subspecialty. Her vision is to prevent and treat preventable orbital and eyelid conditions in Cambodia.
